Description
Cassia Powder is the ground form of the aromatic bark and is closely related to Ceylon cinnamon, but more economical. Cassia sticks are thicker, more difficult to powder. The characteristic flavor and aroma of the spice comes an essential oil of the bark called ‘cinnamonaldehyde’.
